Acro is a fusion of dance technique and acrobatics. Acro classes include balancing, limbering and tumbling whilst working on flexibility and strength.
All of MPA ACRO classes are run under the Acrobatic Arts progressional based syllabus program. This greatly reduces the potential for injury, creates more technically correct work and helps the dancer to progress more quickly.
